On Sunday, Salaar (Hindi) reached a milestone of 20 crores. This is a good result for the movie because, until Thursday, not many people gave it much of a chance. However, on Friday and Sunday, the Prabhas movie shocked everyone by earning over 15 crores and, on Sunday, 20 crores*.

The target audience appears to be enjoying the movie, as seen by its strong box office performance. If that hadn’t been the case, there would have been some growth in the movie on Sunday, but it would have been very subtle. Here, the collection growth is encouraging, indicating that today will be another incredibly stable day.

Salaar, predictably, shattered every box office record and advanced pre-sales milestone that any Telugu, Indian, or South Indian film had hitherto in the world. Shruti Haasan plays the female lead in this film, which is now making a ton of money despite not living up to the hype.

The occupancy ratio for Salaar (Hindi) is as below

Day 1: 30.30

Day 2: 34.83

Day 3: 61.23
